This is a french cleat style mounting kit, allowing you to mount your bedhead to a wall at any height. This is particularly helpful if you have extra high or deep skirting boards. Supplied with screws - you need to mount into the studs. There are multiple holes drilled to allow you to screw into studs at any width.
