TERMS + CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Spacey Living online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to comply with these terms then you may not use Spacey Living’s online store.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices on the Spacey Living online store are given in New Zealand dollars. They are inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery costs.

We accept payment via Shopify, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. We will be offering AfterPay in the next few weeks.

The Spacey Living online store was built using Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. As we are an online store only we expect our inventory to be accurate. However we will inform you as soon as possible if an ordered item is no longer available, and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.

At this stage all products sold on the Spacey Living online store are only available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. 

ONLINE PROCESS

We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For pre-orders and made-to-order items your email confirmation will specify when you can expect your delivery. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order. 

SHIPPING

We use ParcelWings Couriers with track and trace within New Zealand. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery on stocked items. If you have a specific requirement within a shorter timeframe please email us at hello@spaceyliving,co,nz, we will do our absolute best to help. For pre-order and made-to-order items, we will advise you to the approximate delivery date at which time you may accept or cancel your order.
